Presenting offers

The interested supplier is obligated to fill the price offer attached by the announcement which includes the supplier information's and the price in the in US dollars and the offer must be stamped with the official stamp of the company.

The interested supplier is also obligated to provide the organization with the files bellow:

1. The legal and financial general conditions book signed and stamped Declaration With the official stamp of the company: Attachment 1 please upload it from the link bellow.

2. Special (technical) conditions book and Field Visit: Attachment2

3. The price offer signed and stamped with the official stamp of the company. Please upload it from the link bellow. Attachment3

Note 1

all the mentioned files above are considered as a main integral part of the offer according to that envelopes that does not contain these documents will be rejected.

Note 2

The interested suppliers must pay the deposit wich costs 1000 USD and it will be handed to the financial department during the offer presenting in order to accept their offers and it will be returned after the bid envelopes opening.

Offers delivery

Offers will be delivered by the bidder or his representative it should be delivered to the Procurement Department and delivery signing will be in the organization`s offices.

Syria - Idlib - (Hazano - Ared Al-Ram - north of the Islamic School - the house of Mr. Haj Mahmoud Abdel-Latif Al-Zein) Offers will be delivered in a stamped envelope with the name of the bidder/company and the contact number (phone or Email) written on it in Amal organization’s office every day from 10:00 AM until 16:30 PM except on Friday and Saturday. Starting from 11-10-2023 until 22-10-2023 at 17:00 PM at the following adress: Syria - Idlib - (Hazano - Ared Al-Ram - north of the Islamic School - the house of Mr. Haj Mahmoud Abdel-Latif Al-Zein)
