Presenting offers

The interested supplier is obligated to fill the price offer attached by the announcment which includes the supplier informations and the price in the in US dollars and the offer must be stamped with the official stamp of the company.

The interested supplier is also obligated to provide the organisation with the files below:

all the mentiond files above are considered as a main integral part of the offer according to that envelopes that does not contain these documents will be rejected . Amal Organization has the right to divide the contract into more than one supplier,

Offers delivery

Offers will be delivered by the bidder or his representative it should be delivered to the Procurement Department and delivery signing will be in the organization`s offices.

Offers will be delivered in a stamped envelope with the name of the bidder/company and the contact number (phone or Email) written on it in Amal organization’s office every day from 10:00 AM until 16:00 PM exept on Friday and Saturday. Starting from 24-04-2024 until 15-05-2024 at 16:00 PM at the following adress: Syria - Idlib - (Hazano - Ared Al-Ram - north of the Islamic School - the house of Mr. Haj Mahmoud Abdel-Latif Al-Zein)
